  1. What should I be aware of before I start shopping?

    Please pay attention to the OE number of your desired car parts. The car parts may fit or may not fit on certain types of the vehicle. In the products description, we usually put the part information and fitment. However, for your double check, please make sure the OE number is the same as the part you’re looking for. If you are still unsure, you can visit “supported vehicles” or directly write a message to us. Thank you!

  2. Why should I become a MVP member?

    As a MVP member, you can enjoy a faster checkout since you do not have to reenter all the billing and shipping information. Also, the MVP member do not need to mark down the order number to track your order information. As long as you are logged in, you can go to “My Account”> “Order Info” for your order information.

    The MVP member will be receiving the latest product release information from us through his/her registered email. (Please check the spam folder as well. Sometimes our email goes to the spam folder)

  3. Why can’t I find the email you sent?

    MVP will send email to you once you register as a MVP member, place an order, ask a question… as extra. If you cannot find the email MVP send to you, please check the spam folder first. Please write to us if you still cannot find our email.

  4. When will the item be available?

    Some of our products are still under development since we have a high standard of the quality. You can register as a MVP member and add the item to your wish list. Once we have the item in stock, you can track and purchase it directly from your wish list.

  5. Except from the products on your website, are you going to develop other BMW 2002 parts?

    Yes, if there is any chance, we hope we can keep providing more products to our customer. Please let us know what other parts you are interested in so that we can create more possibilities.

  6. What’s the status of my order? How do I track my order?

    MVP members should go “My Account”> “Order Info” to check the status of your order. If your order has been shipped, there will be a shipping number for you to track the items you purchase.

    For the non-members, you should visit “Customer Service”> “Tracking Order,” and fill in your order information. Notice that the order number & password are sent to the email address you used when placing your order. You can find the shipping number when your order has been shipped.

  7. What are your shipping fees?

    MVP is now signing a contract with DHL, a fast and convenient express delivery. After the contract is made, the updated shipping fee will be uploaded. MVP is committed to offering the low or even free shipping fee for the MVP fans. Please wait until the latest contract is ready!

  8. What countries do you ship to?

    Please wait until our contact with DHL is made. Hopefully we can ship our products all around the world and let all the BMW 2002 lovers receive high-quality MVP car parts.

  9. Do I pay for custom duties?

    No, MVP will be responsible for the tariff duties.

  10. What are my payment options?

    We only accept Paypal for the payment. Please register a Paypal account before you start shopping on our website.

  11. Is my personal and credit card information secure on your website?

    Yes, we have done several protection to ensure the customer having a safe and satisfying purchase experience on our website. All transactions are completed on a secure server. For more information, please visit our “Site Security”.

  12. Will my credit card be charged immediately?

    Yes, your credit card will be charged immediately by Paypal. Please verify the part description, OE number, and fitment prior to ordering. If there is any uncertainty, you can contact us by writing messages or sending email at any time.

  13. How do I edit or cancel my order?

    The MVP customers can cancel or edit their order before the shipment is settled. Once the shipment is settled, it is unlikely to cancel the shipment. MVP members should directly visit “My Account”> “Order Info” to cancel your order.

    Non-members should visit “Tracking Order. Prior to retrieving your order, you should fill in your order information. You can find your order password in the email address you used for the purchase. (Remember to check the spam folder as well)

    Please write a message and note down your order number to us if you would like to edit your order.

  14. How do I get my refund?

    After we verify your order cancelation or modification, we will make the refund via Paypal. You can check your refund status on Paypel website. Check the link below for more instruction of the Paypal refund.
